Dalia founded Lighthouse Advisors Group to help health systems deliver better care, stronger outcomes, and more sustainable growth. For over 20 years, she's specialized in aligning physician and executive leadership to drive enterprise-wide transformation, with a focus on women’s health, physician enterprise strategy, and leadership team effectiveness. Her work is grounded in partnership, purpose, and measurable results. She believes that strong physician engagement, leadership, and partnership are the foundation of our highest-performing health systems. Dr. Gupta is a visionary leader driving transformational change in healthcare through the development and deployment of innovative solutions.
